IELTS is valid for 2 years. It is very much accepted in US/Canada/UK/Australia even if it is 1 year 11 months old. Don't worry. Go ahead and apply if you have already taken the IELTS and your score is older than a year. Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
