I want 2 knw dat there is any difference betwn in pg diploma or pg certificate course for international busins mangmnt in canada.

I am planng 2 go canada 4 further study but there is gap of 2 years in my study.2 year ago i completed my grduation in comerce field ...also give me some suggestions about fleming college in canada with suitable course for me.
