You are supposed to appear for the entrance exams and do well in that. If yes, you can easily get admission in selected colleges for selected branches.

First of all, you should apply for engineering entrance exams and on the basis of your merit, you will be allocated to the civil engineering branch. Once, you complete your graduation, you can go for MBA or M.Tech as per your interest.
