i want a list of colleges where i can apply for Mtech admission in trivandrum, ernakulam, kollam with minimum fees.

i have secured 75% in btech. i am 2012 pass out. i have secured 25.33 in gate 2013. but it doesn't qualify categaory wise as i belong to general category. i would like to know in detail the various options i have. i am looking admissions in either environmental or transportation engineering
