You have to go to collector office with documents required like:
Mandatory Documents. Identity Proof- Voter ID Card/ Passport/Driver's License/RSBY Card/Aadhaar Card/
Address proof- Voter ID Card/ Passport/Driver's License/ Aadhaar Card/ Electricity. Proof of caste for self School leaving certifica
