    Hi S Gupta, May I request you to first contact the university and the department specific research supervisors because that's the way it is. Your admission will depend on how impressive your profile and research topics are. You have to get some good recommendation letters and network with people. As a Ph.D. aspirant, you must be aware of some basic principles underlying the Ph.D. application process.
