I want admission for M.Ed in the upcoming session. When will the form fill-up for entrance take place & what is the syllabus for it?

I have completed my M.Sc in botany under Gauhati University and currently pursuing B.Ed last semester from a college affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh.
