Based on your scores, you have a good chance of getting admission to VIT Vellore. The eligibility criteria for VIT Vellore is a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology (PCM/PCB) in the 10+2 examination or its equivalent conducted by any recognized Board / University / Council. However, the admission process also depends on other factors such as the number of applicants, the number of seats available, etc. You can use the JEE Main College Predictor tool to predict colleges that you can get admission to based on your JEE Main Rank/ Percentile.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
