i want admission in bcs-it college n i have done my hsc in commerce so on what basis i will get admission in bsc ? on percentage basis or it

Yes you can do but only one group you can do that is B.Sc with economic remaining groups you cant do why because in B.Sc full of maths and science stream . In B.Sc computers is common subjects in all groups so you must have minimum knowledge about computers so that it you can feel that easy subject.

It depends on the cut off's %age of BSc IT in various colleges..also various CET xams r conducted by universities for bsc IT on the basis of 12th subjects..U hvn't given ur hsc % in +2 commerce?
