I want admission in BTECH CSE Assam University. My class 12th percentage is very good, but JEE score is poor. I belong to SC category.

I have domicile of Assam. Can I get admission without JEE, but based on class 12 result? Can I get spot admission for B.Tech CSE Assam University?
