I want admission in IIT. I got 64.61% in HSC state board but the required is 65%. Can I get admission by rounding off my percentage?
I am from ST category.

Well, that's not possible, 64.61% can not rounded off to 65% because there will be lot of students in between 64.61 and 65%.
