Almost all the seats are filled and there are very less chances to get admission because the session has started. But you can try by contacting the concerned authority. Ask them if there are any seats vacant in their college.

If you are planning to switch the college now, I would suggest you to first contact Nizam College and confirm with them if they have any vacant seats for which chances are less as for almost all the colleges session has already started and admissions are closed. But, confirm once.
