Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) for Ph.D (Microbiology):
a) Masters degree with 55% aggregate marks in a relevant discipline or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST and Interview. b) Other conditions as prescribed in the Guidelines for Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D. ) programmes.

You should must apply for LPU NEST and score good rank, so that you can avail scholarship and to pass this test you need 40% in same. It is compulsory to pass test for admission.

Firstly, you should have at least of 55% marks in your Masters and also you should qualify LPU NEST exam and interview which is a follow up. Then based on the scores of the LPU NEST (70% weightage) and interview (30% weightage), you will be given admission. For more details visit: https://www.lp
