Dear Mallikarjun, An MBA in HR is a good option for career prospects. There are many good institutes for the MBA such as Iims, IITs, NITs, LPU, Amity, Symbiosis, NIMMS, etc. I did MBA from LPU. So, being alumni of LPU, I highly recommend LPU for an MBA degree based on the following things-
