After completing B.Com, there are two choices :-
1) Higher Education
2) Job
Consider first choice :-
You can apply for following courses after completing B.Com :-
1 ) MBA in Marketing / Financial Management / HR / Finance etc.
2 ) M.Com
3 ) B.Ed. etc.

In MBA, first point is that your point of interest towards subject !
According to your experience, you can apply for MBA in Marketing, tele communication etc.
