It is quite simple, you have to appear and clear entrance with good marks. If your name is in list, then with all necessary documents you can get yourself registered.

First, you have to fill application form, then you have to appear for entrance exam. Then the admission procedure starts. -
The minimum eligibility is 50% marks in class 12th and common entrance exam.
