there are many universities like DU,CCS,HNB,IGNOU etc which offers open learning. Ignou & DU are best of all. join any of them. DU has released it's admission form for open learning.

You can do BA from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) which is one of the best universities in the country and the world.
