i want carrier guidance in hybrid seed industry im working in hybrid seed company as quality assurance officer, i did BE in Biotechnology

i hve complted BE in Biotechnology in PESIT from VTU, now im working in vegetable hybrid seed company as a quality assurance officer. from past 2 & 1/2 year, i wanted to take up master degree through distance mode plz sugest me whether to take technical or Managment degree? technical which course?
