If you have decided to do MBA through distance education mode then the first thing to take care is to select an institute which is approved by UGC and DEC. The next important thing is to select your specialization subject and that should depend upon your interest, your graduation level subjects and the line in which you want to make your career. Then speak to different people and find out if there are reputed business establishments who are takers of students for the institutes you have thought of. Then find out if the institute selected has a learning centre near your place. Find out the mode of exam conducted by that institute and then see if the fee, mode of payment etc are okay with you. SMU, ICFAI, Symbiosis, IGNOU, Delhi School of Management are some of the reputed names for MBA through distance education.
