If you have completed your 12th standard with 50% or more, then you are eligible to pursue a degree in Mass Communication from most of the good colleges in the country. However, most of the colleges have their own entrance exam for admission, followed by either GD or PI or both depending on the college. You can find out about the top Mass Comm colleges here:
