I want do masters from germany. currently I am doing b.tech in electronics and communication from VIT university with a cgpa of 7.56/10

I am more interested in communications side. I am looking for 2014 september intake. IELTS and GRE yet to give. Plz tell me the entry requirements for studying in germany and also a list of universities and a suitable course for me.
