I want do pgp from isb and i have 20 yrs of aircraft maintennace exp, BAMEC licesence from dga. isb seeking goals and plans how to tackel ?

How to plan a big career post isb , where to approach to have a clear idea,plan goals etc. i feel i am suitable for operations mangements also. what to say to them in esaays and interview which will convince them and be realistic so that they can give me seat and i get job when i come out. pl advi
