Eligibilty criteria says You should be graduate from any recognised university. And you are eligible

As per eligibility criteria you are eligible to appear for Civil Services. However BCA degree may not help you in preparing for Mains examination. It is suggested that chose your basic degree by keeping your larger objective in mind.

Dear Taranvir,
As per your career aim i would not recommend bca programme in graduation. You can think for these fields
PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
ECONOMICS HONS
POLITICAL SCIENCE
SOCIOLOGY
PHILOSOPHY
Or you can think of B.tech programmes too.
