I want know which option is better Engineering or BSC in maths and then net ,cet exam?

It should always be your choice.
As far as job opportunities are considered B.Tech would have an upper hand if done from a reputed institute like IIT, NIT, Lovely professional University, SRM university etc.
But if you would like to go for Higher studies and you don't want to pursue engineering you
