HI, It seems you have submitted your Migration Certificate in original with SOL (School of Open Learning, Delhi University), well you may confirm with the Arena Institute branch if a xerox of the migration certificate will, if it is accepted, you can submit a xerox; But if not, you will have to contact the SOL authorities and may have to submit an application to attain your migration. I would suggest you to inquire with the SOL authorities directly as they can give away proper information. All the best!
