I want my preparation with essay writing and DM for XAT. pl advise.

I have done my MA in Labor & Social Welfare 64.5%. At Present I am working in HR department of a Tata Group Company. My total experience in HR is 20 years. I would like to take the XAT exam and take admission in GMP course / HRM course to advance my career further. pl advise.
