Hi Mandeep, to get an offer letter you need to apply to the University for some course. The documents required to apply for a PG course are : Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certficate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letter of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses).
