There are a few institutes which are considering other exam scores except or as an alternate of the GATE scores like the following listed below:
Gautam Buddh Technical University (through UPTU)
Hindustan College of Science and Technology (UPTU)
IIIT-Allahabad (UPTU)
Inderprastha Eng
