I want to a course in counselling psychology. but i dont have a background in this field. i did my mass media. can i pursue psychology?

Psychology is not a subject for everyone but if you have the ability inbuilt in yourself that you often examine critically the minds of others and yours too then you can go. It does not require any background.Regards/
