I agree with above views by Anand and Aru. If you are open to work in private banks, please explore specialist courses offered by private institutes like IFBI, AIIM, etc who have placed several hundred students and also placed them with reputed banks.

For JAIIB and CAIIB, you need to be an employee in a bank and or a member of IIBF. Outsiders can appear only for Diploma or Certification Examinations.
