I want to apply for B.Com (Hons). When I try to apply, the portal asks me to chose the interview venue as Dubai/Kuwait. I want in India.
I am studying in XII standard and will be taking exams in March 2020.

If the interview locations are available only in Dubai/Kuwait then you cannot do anything about it as such. You have to choose either of the two or choose some other exam.
