I want to apply for IMDR. Can I apply now? The website says 15 feb. I'm confused. Also any info on placement stats (last year)?

Yes you can apply and the average ctc is around 4lac and highest is around 8

Yes you can apply for IMDR now. The average placement was 4 lacs last year.
