I want to apply for MS in Germany but I have varied work experience after college.Now collaborated a startup company, How to plan now?

After completing B.Tech E&C in 2011, I took a job in a tech BPO in my hometown & worked for 9 months. I spent another 9 months in an IT Co. as a Systems Trainer (project implementation) and now I run a Startup for mobile apps. I want to study from a reputable Univ, what can be my options for MS?
