I want to apply for niagara college of welland

hello,sir My name is Ashutosh i'm pursuing for Hsc i want to apply for 2013 September intake in Niagara college of canada. but the question is if i have to apply for it so i must send them application before may or june and at that time i wont be having my Hsc passing certificate. can u help me ??
