I want to apply for Sub Inspector post in Gujarat or Maharashtra & have done HSC. Should I pursue a Diploma or a degree course for it?

I have completed my HSC from Maharashtra Board with 48.15%. I live on the border of both the states and confused about which course to pursue for the same.

The eligibility criteria for a sub inspector is a graduation degree. Therefore, you are advised to do graduation degree in subject of your choice.
