I want to apply for the PG Diploma in family counseling at IGNOU. I am planning to study abroad either in Canada or USA.
I wanted to know if the Diploma will add up to my 3 years of Bachelors (3+1) and be equivalent to the 4 years of Bachelors in these countries. Will it be valid?
