I want to ask that can I submit my SLC photocopy ONLY to get admission in class XII in NIOS board.. ?, because my orginial TC is misplaced.

No. for admission you have to submit original SLC. if you don't have, approach your previous school for duplicate copy.

For getting a duplicate TC, you can approach your institute again, which they can provide with a nominal fee.
