I want to ask that I have scored 12th only 52% in PCM so am I eligible to apply for engineering?

Hi, Vikash See Minimum Percentage Required in Some Colleges except NIT and IIT is 45%, So you can join them and do your B.Tech, Refer to this Page and don't feel Demotivated A Piece of Paper cant decide your Future If you want to pursue engineering then you can. Look for the colleges which give entrance-based admission. Look for some good private universities.
