I want to ask that which stream is best to make career. I'm confused in marketing and HR. Please suggest which one is best?

Marketing is a field where you get to sell your product to the customer and HR is completely different, where you have to organize your human resource. Both HR and Marketing have good and equal scope, if one has the required skill sets. HR guys are dynamic, they learn the business process, understand it, work on it for bringing the best candidates as per the business requirements and bring value to HR initiatives. Always go for marketing. If possible take dual specialisation, marketing plus HR.
