Well there are several reference texts by authors as followed:
History/ Culture: Bipin Chandra, Krishna Reddy, Socio Religions Movement by Agnihotri, all NCERT books 8th to 12th std,
For geography - read spectrum,
Constitution of India by Bakshi,
Indian Economy - Plus One, Plus Two Books, Pra

First and fore most thing you need to read is the language text books of your state and the state/NCERT text books from 6th to 12th... as these books are considered as the best guides for any entrance exam. As Priya has rightly said, you may refer the books for geography, constitution.
