I don't think you can be a cabin crew member with any form of disability. But since I don't know the extent of disability, I can't confirm. I would suggest you visit an air hostess training academy and talk to people there. They can address your query much better.

Aiming to fly as a cabin crew is wonderful. But my friend, this job requires the employees to be medically fit and alert so that they can assist the passengers in times of emergency. You leg problem shall not allow you to get hired as a cabin crew. If you can get it resolved by some operation or me
