Hi,
It's nice to see your interest in Culinary Arts. My suggestion would be to go for Culinary courses specifically, as you have your dreams specific.
I chose BHM because I wanted to learn all four core departments. If you're doing BHM, it's just a waste of time because you know your specific fiel
