Hi Surjyaa, You can opt for specialisation in
- Front office.
- Food and beverage services.
- Food and beverages production (cooking and baking)
- House keeping.
As you are interested in becoming a chef, you may opt for food and beverages production (cooking and baking) as your specialisation.
