I want to be a child consultant but i have a become background . and child consultant as in a child development helper.what should i do

I have been working in a kids workshop for 3 yrs and this year i started my own summer camp just to try . it went really good parents really loved my tips on their child i am clues what should i do so dat i get a good degree with loads of knowledge in this field.
