I want to be a doctor but I am not good at physics and chemistry. Can I clear NEET exam only with the help of biology?

    You need to concentrate on physics and chemistry too.

    No, you should have command on at least 2 subjects, and you should be aware about the 3rd subject as well. Then, you can crack NEET exam.
