I want to be a great chef. Which course is the best for me? Should I complete my 12th or passing 10th is enough?

There are many types of chef as listed under:- 1. Executive Chef 2. Sous Chef 3. Cooks and Assistants 4. Expeditor The required skill set are Creativity, Physical endurance, Strong Ethnic Work, Mixing, slicing, assembling, squeezing and any other capability of the human hands. There are various levels of courses after 12th as listed under:- 1. Bachelors Courses [Bachelor of Hotel Management BHM Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts (BCT & CA Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, B.Sc in Catering and Culinary Arts, BA in Culinary Arts, B.Sc. In Hotel Management and Catering Technology]. 2. Diploma Courses (Diploma in Culinary Arts, Diploma in Catering Technology, Diploma in Food Production, Diploma in Food and Beverage Science, Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery, Certificate Courses). So, in my opinion BCT& CA course is much helpful in completion of your dream after class 12th. Good luck.
