There is one option: you can do both. But you had to put some extra effort. You can pursue from any of Delhi University college. And every college has a society of singing you can be a part of the society and can explore your talent. Many great personalities belong to Delhi university. There are 75+

Dear, You should focus on one thing, whether you pursue B.Sc or doing Diploma in singing first you decide your goal and choose the best option to achieve it. I think you should do whatever you want that is singing.
