I want to be a software developer. What should I do for that? I mean which course is the best for software development?

There are no fixed best courses for software development (SD), technology keeps on changing with time, every day a new & better tool/Integrated development environment (I.D.E. )/language is replacing an existing best. So, if you are a college fresher or will going to be the one then all you can do is get a hold of programming basics at this point of time. Learn c/c+ in-depth and then move to college level Java. And by the time you are in the third year of your UG course of B.Tech in CSE talk to someone or inspect the market what all languages are best as of now and then you can get into those. Your basics need to be strong. But, just to answer your question, at this point, there are a few technologies which are gonna stay for next sometime. They are Python/Machine Learning /RPA/ R / Blockchain and topics like predictive analytics/ risk analytics.
