There are no fixed best courses for software development (SD), technology keeps on changing with time, every day a new & better tool/Integrated development environment (I.D.E. )/language is replacing an existing best. So, if you are a college fresher or will going to be the one then all you can do is get a hold of programming basics at this point of time. Learn c/c+ in-depth and then move to college level Java.
