You need to have science at 12th level then you can get admission in Btech computer science to become an software engineer. if you have arts then you can get admission in BA maths or BCA and after that you can get admission in MSC or MCA to become an software engineer , you also make practice on pro

You have not mentioned what u have done till now. It will be better for us to guide u in details if u elaborate urself. Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language.
