i want to be a successful pilot in future,give me the names of quality institutes in India for pilot training,who provide best placements

I'm a diploma holder(Survey) after12th,work experience (Gammon India-6 months) want to be a Commercial Pilot,give me suggestion about the best Flying Training Institutes in India,from where i can get job surely after doing my course,who really provide campus interview and at least 80% placements
